Managed data platform
You built the platform. Now someone has to keep it running at 2 a.m.
We operate your data platform with agreed SLAs, on-call response and a monthly backlog of improvements — in your accounts, under your controls.
The problem
What we usually find
Your best engineers are stuck on support
Failed jobs, access requests and cost questions consume the people you hired to build new data products.
No one owns the night shift
Pipelines fail outside business hours and stay broken until someone notices in the morning.
Platform upgrades keep slipping
Runtime versions, security patches and deprecated features pile up because there is never a quiet sprint.
Our approach
Four steps, each with a deliverable
- 01
Onboarding review
We review the platform, document what exists, agree SLAs and fix anything that would make on-call unsafe.
- 02
Monitoring and on-call
Alerting covers pipeline failures, freshness, cost spikes and security events, with response times written into the agreement.
- 03
Monthly operations
Upgrades, access reviews, cost reports and small changes run on a predictable monthly cycle.
- 04
Improvement backlog
A share of each month goes to reducing incidents and cost, reported against agreed metrics.

Frequently asked questions
What SLAs do you offer?
SLAs and response times are agreed per platform and pipeline tier during onboarding, and written into the service agreement before we take on-call.
Do you need admin access to our accounts?
We use least-privilege roles under your identity provider, with access logged and reviewed. Break-glass access is approved per incident.
Can you manage a platform you didn't build?
Yes. Onboarding includes a review and a short remediation list so on-call is safe from day one.
How is it priced?
A fixed monthly fee based on platform size and SLA tier, with the improvement allowance included. We quote it after the onboarding review, so the price reflects your actual platform.
Can we bring operations back in-house later?
Yes. Everything is documented in your repositories, and we run a handover period at the end of the term if you choose to take it back.
